Mark Milliman is a Principal Consultant at Inphotonics Research. In his present capacity he works with communications companies of all sizes and venture capitalists on adding value to companies’ intellectual capital through the creation of strategic plans and execution of innovative marketing plans. In his 20 years experience, he is an expert on delivering broadband voice, data, and video (i.e. triple play) services to consumers and businesses over wired and wireless infrastructures. He has a thorough understanding of the physical infrastructure and operational aspects of service delivery. Mark conceived and developed one of the industry's first MSPP and is a patent holder. He is a senior member of the IEEE. Mark received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
