Sponsors from a variety of industries work with Floor64 analysts to create cases that pose challenging and relevant questions to the community. To drive the quality of the insights, bonuses are set for each case.
The case is launched and Insight Community members are notified via RSS feed, email and their own personal dashboard. When they view the case detail they get a description of the topic and questions, as well as, submission guidelines, close date and the bonus awards available for top insights in the case.
Members begin to add their unique perspectives and expertise to the case by adding insights using the built-in tools. They can also contribute to the discussion by adding comments that clarify, challenge and respond to other insights.
The case closes. Sponsors rate the contributions. Floor64 analysts review the case and sponsor input, determine the most on-target contributions and award the bonuses.
