Currently in a Management Consultant role for a Seattle-based financial firm. (Washington Mutual)
Prior to this, I was Management Consultant for a well known aviation client where I defined frameworks for a SOA-based Supply Chain realignment to facilitate eCommerce. My efforts created a new C-Level roles and entry into the eCommerce space of a multi-billion dollar market opportunity.
In the wireless industry, I was responsible for several large scale implementations for US RF Planning and strategy. My programs included national RF propagation and capital planning tools for one of the nation's largest wireless carriers and were responsible for allocation of $42M/day for capital planning and expansion.
At another wireless client, I was a member of a 3-person team, reporting to the COO/VP. We created applications and tools to increase the customer life cycle, and lower customer acquisition costs. Additionally, we re-aligned the compensation strategy to reflect a "balanced scorecard" concept. These efforts assisted the company in winning #1 in JD Power Associates Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction in 2004 and 2005, while also simultaneously driving $2M/month out of OPEX for the sales channel.
